The Clippers have filled the open spot on their 21-man preseason roster by signing free agent wing Jahmyl Telfort to an Exhibit 10 contract, the team announced on Wednesday.
Telfort, who went undrafted out of Butler in 2025, also signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Clippers last fall. He had that deal converted to a two-way contract ahead of opening night and remained on L.A.’s roster until December, when he was cut in order to make room for RayJ Dennis.
Telfort logged just 32 total minutes in eight appearances at the NBA level but was a regular for the San Diego Clippers in the G League in his first professional season. In 47 G League outings, he averaged 14.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in 33.9 minutes per game, with a shooting line of .439/.331/.743.
The 6’7″ swingman was part of the Clippers’ Summer League team for a second straight year in July and appears likely to report back to San Diego this fall. His Exhibit 10 contract will make him eligible to earn a bonus worth up to $91K on top of his base salary if he spends at least 60 days in the G League.
