The New Orleans Saints just wrapped up two days of minicamp which saw a lot of new faces on the field. The team will now take a little official break then reconvene next month for training camp in Metairie.
So, in this week’s reacts poll we asked readers what position group is your biggest concern heading into training camp?
An overwhelming 51% of readers said that they are worried about the cornerback position.

One of the most notable missing players during this week’s practice was CB Alontae Taylor, who left New Orleans for Tennessee during free agency leaving a gaping hole on the roster in a position group that has been one of the weakest in recent years.
Now in his 3rd season, Kool-Aid McKinstry has emerged a leader in the secondary, but who will be the next to step up beside him? The roster is filled with potentials in Martin Emerson Jr., Rejzohn Wright, Dalys Beanum, Beanie Bishop, Isaac Yiadom, Rejzohn Wright, Quincy Riley, Jayden Price and TJ Hall who will battle it out to fill those shoes left behind by Taylor. While depth is good thing at any position, it all starts with a solid starter.
The Saints will report to training camp on Tuesday, July 28, with their first practice scheduled for Wednesday, July 29. Be sure to stay tuned to Canal Street Chronicles for all the latest updates as we approach training camp.
