Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson is still not practicing as he deals with an ankle injury.
Henderson was not participating in the Patriots’ practice today, according to reporters on the scene. Henderson hurt his ankle during practice on August 24 and hasn’t practiced since.

It remains unclear whether Henderson will be able to go for Sunday’s regular-season opener against the Seahawks. The Patriots’ first official practice report of the season has not yet been released.
Henderson led the Patriots with 180 carries for 911 yards and nine touchdowns last season. If he can’t go, Rhamondre Stevenson would be the primary ball carrier against the Seahawks, and Corey Kiner, who arrived in a trade with the Cardinals next week, would be No. 2.
The Patriots would likely call up either Hassan Haskins or Lan Larison from the practice squad if Henderson isn’t active against the Seahawks.
