The Jets will once again be without star running back Breece Hall and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell on Sunday when they face the New England Patriots.
Head coach Aaron Glenn confirmed the news Friday before practice, as both players did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. He has referred to the duo as “week-to-week” while they’ve been sidelined.

Hall (quad) last played in Week 3 against the Detroit Lions, with the team turning to Braelon Allen in his absence. Allen shined in the team’s win over the Cleveland Browns last week, rushing for 116 yards and a touchdown.
Mitchell (finger) underwent a small procedure to repair the injury earlier in the week and has missed the past three games.
Additionally, New York also ruled out EDGE Joseph Ossai (ankle) and OL Dylan Parham (knee) for the Week 6 matchup.
On the bright side, Gang Green is hopeful it will get two of its three first-round picks back on the field Sunday. The team opened the 21-day practice window for rookie wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. to be activated earlier in the week, as Glenn said he will be a full participant in practice Friday and play Sunday. Glenn added that tight end Kenyon Sadiq will also fully participate in practice and is finishing his concussion protocol following his injury last week against the Browns.
