The NBA Cup is back for a fourth year as all 30 teams compete for early-season glory.

The New York Knicks are the reigning champions after defeating the San Antonio Spurs in the final last December, in what turned out to be a preview of the NBA Finals.

All 30 teams have been drawn into six random groups, three per conference, based on their records from last season. Each team will play four games, two home and two away, with each group winner and two wild-card teams advancing to the knockout round.

The quarterfinals (Dec. 4 and 5) and semifinals (Dec. 8 and 9) will be one-game knockouts played at the higher-seeded team’s home arena. The final will be played on Dec. 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

All games except the finals will count in the regular season standings. Teams that don’t reach the knockout round will have two more regular season games added to their schedule.

Below is the full schedule and standings from the 2026 NBA Cup.
