The Tennessee Titans have less than a week until the roster has to go from 90 to 53 players, which could add tension to training camp.
Players are either fighting for their spot on the team or depth chart, so we should expect an added level of intensity in practice this week.

A lot of players will be battling for positioning within the Titans depth chart over the course of the next week, including linebacker Cody Barton.
Barton was the starter last season, but Cedric Gray and rookie Anthony Hill Jr. could be sliding into those spots this year, which could threaten his spot on the team.
The Titans may have come out with a win against the Seattle Seahawks, but they did not play a lot of their players who helped them win the Super Bowl against the New England Patriots back in February. There is still a lot of work that needs to be done between now and Sept. 13.

The Bears have a lot of movement on the 53-man roster projections going into their final preseason game against the Titans.
After Jayden Higgins tore his ACL, the Houston Texans went out and acquired Kayshon Boutte from the New England Patriots in exchange for defensive back Jaylen Reed and a 2028 seventh-round pick. This shakes up the AFC South and could make things harder for the Titans.
