Stefon Diggs is clear to play in the 2026 NFL season without interruption – once the four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver lands with a team.
The NFL on June 12 informed Diggs that he would not face a suspension, according to multiple reports, after being found not guilty on charges of strangulation and assault and battery against his former live-in chef.

Despite the outcome of the case being delivered in May, Diggs was still subject to discipline by the NFL as part of the personal conduct policy. The league’s investigation, however, determined there was insufficient evidence to warrant a violation, according to multiple reports.
Diggs, 32, has remained a free agent since being released by the New England Patriots in March. He led the team with 85 catches for 1,013 yards in 2025.
