McCullar Jr., a former second-round pick (56th overall) in 2024, spent the last two seasons with the New York Knicks. He totalled 25 NBA appearances in that span, averaging 2.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.4 minutes per game.
The 25-year-old also made 27 G League appearances with the Westchester Knicks over his two seasons with New York, averaging 16.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.8 steals.
He now joins Nate Bittle and Malachi Smith to fill the Raptors’ three two-way slots.
The trio will presumably spend most of their time with the Raptors 905 — Toronto’s G League affiliate team — as their season begins on Friday.
