Black and white quilted fashions by Geoffrey Beene stand on the backdrop of an 1870 log cabin quilt in the LSU Textile & Costume Museum’s exhibit, ‘Stitches in Time: Quilts and Fashion,’ which runs through Jan. 15, 2027. The show explores the connection between 19th- and 20th-century quilting and high-end fashion, featuring over a dozen quilts and roughly 30 garments.
