They say that nothing in sports tastes sweeter than a victory.
New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston famously likes to eat a “W” after a win.
But for the Los Angeles Rams, they got to taste a delicious Philly cheesesteak smothered in melted cheese after beating the Eagles in their own backyard.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua had plenty to celebrate following Sunday’s thrilling 24-20 comeback victory in Philadelphia, including his return from injury and another 100-yard receiving performance.

“I’m excited to get the win and to get on this plane and get up on outta here,” said Nacua after the game. “Hopefully they have some Philly cheesesteaks for us.”

According to Nacua, there were Philly cheesesteaks on the plane and that might have been the real reward for the Rams.
“Oh, yes, there were!” Nacua exclaimed with excitement on Friday when asked about the cheesesteaks awaiting the team after the game. “I’m not a big fan of eating too much on game day, so, man, I saw that melted cheese and a whole lot of carbs. I was ready to chow down.”
And one cheesesteak apparently wasn’t enough.

“On the bus, getting off the plane, there were leftovers,” Nacua admitted with a grin. “I may have snagged one.”

After spending much of the afternoon punishing Philadelphia’s secondary, Nacua was more than happy to finish the job on the city’s signature sandwich.
Now the Rams welcome Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills to SoFi Stadium on Monday Night Football, with another opportunity to feast on an opponent.
And if Los Angeles pulls off another victory, somebody better have a few dozen Buffalo wings waiting in the locker room.
