The Green Bay Packers just dismantled their oldest rivals, the Chicago Bears, 31-7 on Sunday afternoon. The Dallas Cowboys just lost to an 0-4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home on Thursday Night Football, falling to 2-3 in the process.
Somehow, however, the Cowboys are actually the favorites for their game at Lambeau Field on Sunday Night Football in Week 6 as the sportsbooks opened on Sunday afternoon. Why is that? Your guess is as good as ours. But the fact remains that the Cowboys are 1.5-point favorites in next week’s matchup, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Packers went into Week 5 as 1.5-point underdogs to the Bears as well, and won against the spread for the first time all season in their blowout, upset victory. They’ll look to do it again next week unless the line moves over the next seven days.
To find the last time that the Packers were underdogs in back-to-back home games, you would need to go way back to 2023. That year, the team found themselves as 2.5-point underdogs against the Lions in Week 4 and 1.5-point dogs when facing the Vikings in Week 7. The Packers lost both of those games outright, bookending a four-game losing streak that included road losses at the Raiders and Broncos in between.
For next Sunday’s game, however, the books expect a fairly high-scoring affair. The points total for the game is currently set at 52.5, which is tied for the highest total in any Week 6 game and well higher than any other game in the Packers’ 2026 season so far.
