The Nets signed and subsequently waived DJ Rodman and Aaron Scott on Monday, tweets Brian Lewis of The New York Post. Brooklyn later signed Nick Pringle, per Lewis (Twitter link).

Pringle’s Exhibit 10 contract with the Nets was first reported last month. It’s possible — perhaps even likely — that he could be waived in the near future.

A 6’9″ forward, Pringle wrapped up his six-year college career with Arkansas last season, starting 33 of his 35 games and averaging 4.6 points and 3.9 rebounds in 18.9 minutes per contest. After going undrafted in June, he played three Summer League games for the Celtics the following month, scoring five points and adding 10 rebounds and five assists in 34 total minutes.

Rodman, who went undrafted in 2024 out of USC, is a 6’6″ wing who has spent the past two years in the G League. He suited up for the Greensboro Swarm — Charlotte’s affiliate — last season, averaging 7.2 PPG and 3.2 RPG on .505/.465/.792 shooting in 39 games (17.2 MPG). The 25-year-old is the son of Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman.

Scott, a 6’7″ forward, went undrafted in 2025 after three college seasons at North Texas and one at St. John’s. The 23-year-old played for Boston’s NBAGL affiliate in Maine last season, averaging 6.7 PPG, 3.4 RPG and 1.2 SPG on .458/.357/.560 shooting in 40 games (18.1 MPG). The low free throw percentage is a little misleading — he only averaged 0.6 attempts per game.

All three players will likely be headed to Long Island to play for the Nets’ affiliate team. Assuming all three players had Exhibit 10 language in their respective contracts, each would be eligible for a bonus worth up to $91K if he spends at least 60 days with Long Island.
