The Bears got one of their running backs back on the practice field Thursday.
D’Andre Swift was a limited participant after sitting out on Wednesday due to hip and knee injuries. Kyle Monangai remained on the sidelines with thumb and toe injuries. Friday will bring another update on both players as well as any injury designations for Sunday’s game against the Packers.

Swift had 15 carries for 58 yards against the Jets last weekend, but lost a fumble and Monangai did more of the work. He ran 30 times for 146 yards and three touchdowns in Chicago’s 23-12 win.
Quarterback Caleb Williams (hamstring) also missed another practice while linebacker Keyshaun Elliott (quad) sat out after being limited on Wednesday. The Bears also got limited practices from guard Jonah Jackson (ankle), guard Joe Thuney (pectoral), and offensive tackle Darnell Wright (ankle) after they sat out the first practice of the week.
Defensive back Kyler Gordon (calf), defensive lineman Grady Jarrett (rest), defensive back Cam Lewis (hip), linebacker Noah Sewell (Achilles), and defensive lineman Shemar Turner (knee) were full participants.
