The Colts expect to be without Tyler Warren for a little bit, so they made a move on Friday to give themselves some more depth at tight end.

They announced the signing of JJ Galbreath to the 90-man roster. They waived cornerback Jai’Onte’ McMillan in a corresponding move.

Galbreath signed with the Steelers after going undrafted out of South Dakota in 2025 and spent the season on the practice squad. He opened camp with the team, but was waived two weeks ago.

Warren injured his groin in practice this week and head coach Shane Steichen said that he’s expected to miss about a week while he recovers.
