The Indianapolis Colts announced a handful of roster moves ahead of Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, particularly at the wideout position
Recent veteran pickup Darius Slayton (knee) was downgraded to out, while fellow veteran Nick Westbrook-Ikhine was upgraded from the practice squad to the 53-man active roster.

Westbrook-Ikine has appeared in 2 games for the Colts so far this season, participating in 12 offensive plays, and 54% of their total special teams snaps during that same span.
Having been signed as a deep threat replacement after lead wideout Alec Pierce reinjured his heel in Week 2, Slayton has yet to appear in an NFL game for the Colts yet.
The Colts also announced that they placed starting veteran defensive end Arden Key (hamstring) on injured reserve, meaning he’ll miss at least the team’s next four games.
Jaylahn Tuimoloau will be the projected starter at defensive end opposite Laiatu Latu, while the rookie edge pair of Caden Curry and George Gumbs Jr. should see more rotational reps behind him.
