After creating an opening on their training camp roster by waiving Peter Suder, the Bulls have signed Isaiah Stevens to fill that 21st spot, the team announced this evening (Twitter link).
While the terms of Stevens’ agreement were not disclosed, he likely signed a non-guaranteed training camp deal featuring Exhibit 10 language. If he’s waived before the season, he could earn a bonus worth up to $91K in addition to his typical G League salary if he spends at least 60 days with the Windy City Bulls.
Exhibit 10 contracts can also be converted into two-way deals, and Stevens has some experience playing on those agreements, which are non-guaranteed and worth half the rookie minimum (about $679K this season).
Stevens, who starred in college for Colorado State, went undrafted in 2024 and initially signed an Exhibit 10 deal with Miami prior to being waived before the 2024/25 campaign. He signed a two-way deal with the Heat in December 2024 and finished out his rookie season on that contract.
The 5’11” point guard parted ways with Miami in the 2025 offseason, when he signed a two-way contract with the Kings. The 25-year-old spent all of 2025/26 on that two-way pact, but only made three NBA appearances, the same as in his rookie year.
Stevens was waived by Sacramento in late July.
While Stevens’ NBA role has been quite modest to this point, he has been a productive player in the G League each of the past two seasons. In 33 combined games (33.6 minutes per game) with the Stockton Kings in ’25/26, the 25-year-old averaged 14.5 points, 8.6 assists (against 2.6 turnovers), 3.4 rebounds and 0.8 steals on .470/.292/.850 shooting splits.
