The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released their final injury report Wednesday ahead of Thursday night’s matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, and they will once again be without several key players.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield, safety Antoine Winfield Jr., cornerback Benjamin Morrison and linebacker SirVocea Dennis have all been ruled out for the Week 5 matchup. Mayfield continues to recover from his injured right thumb, while Winfield will begin what is expected to be a two-to-four week absence due to a slight rib fracture suffered against Green Bay.

There was some encouraging news for Tampa Bay. Rookie outside linebacker Rueben Bain Jr. was a full participant throughout the week and carries no game designation, putting him in line to return Thursday night. Kicker Chase McLaughlin was also a full participant Wednesday after missing Tuesday’s walkthrough with a right groin/hip injury.
Tight end Ko Kieft and linebacker Josiah Trotter were full participants Wednesday, while outside linebacker Anthony Nelson remained limited with an illness but was not given a game designation.
Dallas will also be without three players. Cornerback Cobie Durant, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and tackle Drew Shelton have been ruled out. Guard Tyler Smith and wide receiver Johnathan Mingo are both listed as questionable.
