Detroit was already missing its projected starting center Cade Mays, but right tackle Blake Miller and left guard Christian Mahogany have also been ruled out for this game.

A bettor at Red Rock Resort & Casino in Las Vegas placed a $1 million wager on the Lions on Thursday night at Buffalo. The bet is on an alternate line of Detroit +1.5 (a four-point move) at +150 odds, so it would pay $1.5 million if it cashes.
Under head coach Dan Campbell, the Lions own an impressive 25-14 mark against the spread since 2021, winning 12 of those games outright. The Bills have the NFL’s best home record as a favorite since 2018 at 49-11, winning 81.7% of their games in Buffalo.

Allen is also the favorite to win NFL MVP at sportsbooks at around +450 odds.
A bettor at Red Rock had a $1 million wager on the Kansas City Chiefs moneyline at -145 odds on Monday night against the Denver Broncos and cashed that ticket, winning nearly $690,000.
