It has been a rough season with injuries once again for the Arizona Cardinals, but they could be getting at least one piece back.
The team announced they have opened the 21 day practice window for Isaiah Adams, and the Cardinals desperately need help along the offensive line.

From the team:
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club today announced that the team has designated offensive lineman Isaiah Adams to return from the injured reserve list.
Adams can begin practicing and the team can activate him to the 53-man roster at any time during the next 21 days or at the conclusion of the three-week period.
In addition, the team has signed running back Jermar Jefferson and wide receiver James Proche II to the practice squad. The signings took place today at the Dignity Health Arizona Cardinals Training Center in Tempe, AZ.
Jefferson (5-10, 215) returns to the Cardinals after he played two games with the team last season in addition to spending time on Arizona’s practice squad. In his career, Jefferson has appeared in 11 games (one start) with the Cardinals and Lions and has 96 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries to go along with five receptions for 33 yards. He entered the league with Detroit as a seventh-round pick (257th overall) in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Oregon State.
Proche (5-11, 193) is a seven-year NFL veteran who has played 71 games (three starts) in his career with Tennessee (2025), Cleveland (2023-24) and Baltimore (2020-22). In his career, he has 34 receptions for 364 yards to go along with 68 punt returns for 591 yards (8.7-yard avg.) and four kick returns for 60 yards. Proche entered the league with Baltimore as a sixth-round pick (201st overall) in the 2020 NFL Draft from SMU. He was on the Browns practice squad earlier this season.
Jefferson will wear jersey #37 and Proche will wear #18.
The wide receiver position is obviously one of need as well, so the Arizona Cardinals added a couple of pieces there as well, but Adams is really the one to watch, and hopefully he can make it back on the field in the window.
