Ja Morant has sustained a Grade 2 left hamstring strain and will miss at least the next four weeks, the team announced Friday.

Morant, 27, left Thursday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury and did not return.

He put up 14 points and three assists in 23 minutes in his first game against his former team before exiting.

The Trail Blazers acquired the two-time all-star from the Grizzlies in a trade on June 29, 2026.

In four games this season, Morant has averaged 15.8 points, 5.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds over 25.8 minutes.
