Anunoby has been diagnosed with a right hamstring sprain, according to Charania, and will be listed as day-to-day.
The 28-year-old was forced to exit Game 2 of New York’s second-round series with Philadelphia with 2:31 remaining after pulling up awkwardly on a cut to the basket.
Anunoby had 24 points on nine-of-17 shooting to go along with five rebounds, two assists and four steals before exiting the 108-102 Knicks win.
He has been one of New York’s best players during the post-season, averaging 21.4 points and 7.5 rebounds on 61.9/53.8/81.1 shooting splits.
The Knicks lead the 76ers 2-0 in their best-of-seven second-round series, with the next two games set to be played in Philadelphia.
