Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims Jr. (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 18, and has been ruled out for the Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. LB Jonah Elliss (shoulder) and WR Troy Franklin (knee) fully participated and do not appear on the injury report.
