BALLSTON, N.Y. (WNYT) – A Stillwater man was arrested after police say he stole a wallet from a shopping cart at a store.

According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Christopher P. Mosher, 42, allegedly stole a wallet from a shopping cart at a Hannaford in Ballston. Police say the wallet contained debit cards, credit cards, and cash.

Mosher is charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.

Mosher was released on appearance tickets to the Ballston Town Court.
