The game between the two teams had a large wave of support with high expectations as both teams entered the game 3-0.

The Raiders started 3-0 for the first time since 2021, which was also the last time they reached the postseason.
A big reason for their early success is due to newly-appointed head coach, Klint Kubiak.

A season removed from coaching as an offensive coordinator with the Seattle Seahawks and leading them to their second Super Bowl in franchise history, the Raiders have put together a brand new offense led by Kirk Cousins and have been unleashing second-year running back Ashton Jeanty against the league.
Despite Cousins throwing an interception in the final seconds of Sunday’s game, he’s been great this season and has put together similar production to Mahomes, throwing for 1,026 yards, 11 touchdowns, four interceptions, and a quarterback rating of 65.5.

Tight end Brock Bowers has played a key part of the Raiders offense after making his season debut two weeks ago.
Bowers is already the team’s second-leading receiver behind Tre Tucker after collecting 24 receptions for 202 yards and two touchdowns.
Kubiak’s dynamic play calling, featuring Jeanty being elusive as a running back and receiver, has been key for the Raiders offense as he’s collected 429 yards of total offense in the running and receiving game.
The Raiders defense has also looked revamped this year as they’ve been holding opponents to an average of 21 points per game.
Free agent acquisition linebacker Nakobe Dean has been as good as promised, as he’s tied with Greg Rousseau of the Buffalo Bills for forced fumbles (3), and has 1.5 sacks and leads the team with 32 tackles (25 logged as solo).
