Here are some stories you may have missed over the last week in Stark County.
JACKSON TWP. – MRO Built LLC, a millwork and metal manufacturing company, is adding equipment and jobs.
The Ohio Department of Development is giving the company at 6410 Promway Ave. NW a $562,500 loan.
The state’s Regional 166 Direct Loan Program aims to promote job creation and retention by providing low-interest loans to businesses with limited access to private financing. The loan award was announced on April 27.
MRO Built supplies cabinetry and storage solutions for the retail and hospitality industries. The loan will help the company purchase computer numerical control machining equipment.
The total estimated cost is $750,000, according to the state announcement. MRO Built will add seven full-time equivalent jobs and retain 50 jobs.
