This isn’t the first time Wiley has found himself in legal trouble. Earlier this year, the podcast host faced several sexual assault allegations, which he vehemently denied. In his response to the accusations, which he posted to his YouTube channel, Wiley said that he worried what his son would think when he searched Wiley’s name.
“To me, it’s about my son’s name that he will one day Google and think that this is about him, but he’s gonna know it’s about his dad. And how dare you stain the brain of my child,” said Wiley.
Wiley later posted to his X account that three prior cases had already been dismissed.
Details of the incident that led to Wiley’s current circumstance are unknown.
