The Lions re-signed wide receiver Tarik Black on Wednesday, the team announced.
In a corresponding move, the Lions placed tight end Miles Kitselman on injured reserve.
Detroit waived Black on Monday.
He had initially signed with the Lions in June after the UFL season. Black played for the Louisville Kings this spring, catching 31 passes for 459 yards and three touchdowns.
He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2021, signing with the Colts. Black has also spent time with the Jets, Ravens, Steelers and Dolphins, appearing in one regular-season game.
