One of the surprises of Jets preseason has been the play of Nate Lynn. A late training camp signing, Lynn made a late push to make the 53 man roster with 3 sacks in the team’s final 2 exhibition games.

At the very least, Lynn coming from completely off the radar to have a legitimate chance to surviving cutdown down is impressive. The Jets will almost certainly sign him to their practice squad in the event they waive him, and he goes unclaimed by the other 31 teams.

But can Nate Lynn do the unthinkable? We asked Jets fans this question in our most recent SB Nation Reacts survey. A narrow majority does expect him to stick on the 53 man roster.

I will also note that the majority of the votes were cast before Lynn tallied another sack in the preseason finale against the Giants.
