Bears right tackle Darnell Wright‘s health is a concern after his early departure from practice on Tuesday.
Per reporters at the team’s practice, Wright had his right elbow checked out by members of the team’s medical staff before exiting for the rest of the session. Wright tore the UCL in the same elbow last year, but played through the injury with a brace on his arm.

Wright played well enough to land a second-team All-Pro spot at the end of the year, so the Bears will be hoping that nothing that happened on Tuesday will keep him off the field come the regular season.
Reporters also noted the departures of defensive tackle Gervon Dexter and defensive back Dontae Manning during practice.
