Earlier this week, we published our latest SB Nation Reacts survey, sponsored by the folks at FanDuel Sportsbook, and asked Detroit Lions fans two questions:
Will the Lions beat the Vikings in Week 8? (weekly question)
Are you confident the Lions are headed in the right direction? (recurring poll)
Confidence polls have been a journey this year. Let’s take a quick look at how things have changed throughout the first seven weeks of the season:

Following OT win over Saints: 63%
Week 7 win over the Packers: 86%
Despite the Vikings entering this game as the last remaining undefeated team in the NFL, Lions fans—and the folks over at FanDuel Sportsbook—believe that streak will end this Sunday at Ford Field:

Let’s take a closer look at the comment section of our original article and The Feed posts to see fans’ explanations for why they voted the way they did.

As a reminder, this survey was sponsored by the folks over at FanDuel Sportsbook, which currently has the Lions listed at +1900 to win this year’s Super Bowl and as 3.5-point favorites in Week 8.
