Former Indiana wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr., who was selected by the New York Jets in the first round of the NFL Draft this past spring, has spent the first half his rookie season off the field while recovering from a high ankle sprain he suffered back in the season opener.
He made his long-awaited return this past Sunday against the New England Patriots and immediately made his presence felt on the field.

Just watch:
Cooper Jr. showed every bit of what made him both an NFL prospect and a dangerous receiving threat for the Hoosiers. He provides a more than capable deep option, is strong enough to win matchups at the catch and pick up extra yards afterward. He finished with six receptions for 103 yards against the Patriots.
He looked like a Sunday player in college. Now he’s doing it on Sundays as a professional.
