Terry McLaurin had to be carted off the field after he appeared to suffer a knee injury early in the Commanders’ “Monday Night Football” game against the 49ers.

McLaurin was put in a brace and taken off the field on a cart as players from both sides came over to check on him.
The 31-year-old made one catch for 27 yards before he suffered the injury.
McLaurin, a third-round pick by Washington in 2019, has caught 15 passes for 230 yards and a touchdown in five games this season. The Ohio State product is a two-time Pro Bowler.
He did not return to Monday night’s game.
Without McLaurin in the mix, Chig Okonkwo paced Washington’s pass-catchers with seven catches for 69 yards, while Treylon Burks had four catches for 66 yards.
