Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving carried the ball 21 times for 165 yards and a touchdown versus the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5. He also caught two passes for 10 yards and a score in the win.
Why It Matters: Like most of Tampa Bay’s offense, Irving was off to a slow start in 2026. The Cowboys couldn’t slow him down on Thursday night, however, as Irving put up 175 combined yards and a pair of TDs — it was the most yards he’s had in a game since Dec. 29, 2024, when he put up 190 yards versus Carolina. The Bucs will get some extra rest before welcoming the Steelers to town in Week 6. Despite some uneven play thus far, Irving showed in Dallas why he maintains RB2 appeal.
