More important for fantasy managers is that Samuel might be the only “name” receiver to the 49ers in Week 4 after Mike Evans (rib, oblique) left the game for good in the second quarter. With that said, Samuel would be hard to trust as anything more than a low-end WR3 in Week 4 versus the Broncos.
