The energy going into the Philadelphia Eagles‘ Week 2 game against the Tennessee Titans is a little weird.
The Eagles are making a somewhat surprising choice on the offensive line by changing two starters. Cam Jurgens will shift to left guard to replace Landon Dickerson with Drew Kendall coming in at center. Jurgens has no previous experience in this role.

Andrew Mukuba got banged up in practice this week and might not play. Cooper DeJean and Jalen Carter are going to suit up … but they’re going to be less than 100%.
This game is expected to be extremely hot. The favored team should never want any kind of unusual circumstances that might be an equalizer.
All this said, I still think the Eagles are going to beat the Titans. Tennessee simply doesn’t have the horses to come out on top. Seriously, how many Titans players can you name without looking? I think most would get Jeffery Simmons and Cam Ward. Fantasy football should have people recognizing Carnell Tate, Calvin Ridley, and Tony Pollard. But those guys aren’t exactly all-stars. How many can you name outside of those players? Seriously, give me your best effort in the comments below.
The Eagles should be able to survive any weirdness and win this game. Failing to do so would be pretty unserious behavior. I don’t know just how comfortably it’ll be … because it’s hard to merely assume the Eagles are going to make a win look easy.
