Devin Carter has reached an agreement with the Celtics and will compete for a roster spot or a two-way opening in training camp, league sources tell Michael Scotto of HoopsHype (Twitter link). It will be an Exhibit 10 contract, a team source confirms to Brian Robb of MassLive.
