The Pittsburgh Steelers went the entirety of 2025 without facing Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, as the star signal-caller missed nine games due to a turf toe injury. They did, however, find themselves on the losing end of their first matchup with the Bengals in Week 7 when backup Joe Flacco and Aaron Rodgers went toe-to-toe in a shootout.

Flacco went 31-of-47 for 342 yards and three touchdowns, including 16 connections with Ja’Marr Chase. Rodgers went 23-of-34 for 249 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions as the Steelers fell to Cincinnati 33-31. The Bengals were wearing their fan-favorite White Bengal uniforms in the Week 7 matchup, and they announced they will be wearing that uniform once again when the Steelers head to Paycor Stadium in Week 10.

The Steelers are 5-5 in their last 10 games against the Bengals, and 3-4 in seven games against Burrow. They’ll have an early-season meeting with the Bengals in Week 3 in the friendly confines of Acrisure Stadium.
