Arthur Fils left Rome under an injury cloud, after retiring in the first set of his match against Andrea Pelligrino with an apparent hip injury.
The sun is emerging for the Frenchman now.
Fils posted on social media that he has the all clear for Roland-Garros.
“Felt something during the match in Rome,” he posted to X. “I ran all the tests with the team and everything is clear. Already back to work for Paris.”
21-year-old Fils, who owns a 22-8 record thus far in 2026, won Barcelona and reached the semis in Madrid. He also reached back-to-back quarterfinals at Indian Wells and Miami and played the final in Doha.
All of this after returning from a stress fracture in his back that put the kibosh on the second half of his 2025 season.
