OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Eppley Airfield in Omaha is expecting an especially busy day of travel on Sunday.

In a social media post, Eppley shared that there will likely be a “high volume of departing passengers.”

If you are flying there, it is recommended that you arrive two hours before departure, find your way around with an interactive map, and download the FlyOMA app.

Travelers are advised to go directly to security after checking in.

The post comes the same day that Spirit Airlines announced it has gone out of business after 34 years. There were no Spirit flights listed on Eppley’s website as going in or out of Omaha.
