It’s been a big year for Nahmias, the brand fronted most famously by Timothée Chalamet. The Los Angeles-based surf and skate label collaborated with the actor on the coveted, sold-out Marty Supreme shell jackets that had people queueing round blocks, and hoodies for his 2024 Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown. In early 2025 he even hosted SNL in custom Nahmias.
Meanwhile, the brand, which was founded in 2018, recently collaborated with Puma on a pair of the sportswear brand’s signature Speedcats, which were worn by Formula One Charles Leclerc in the official campaign and Chalamet IRL on the beach in Miami last week. Also last week, Nahmias unveiled a “Barry’s Boot Camp” collection campaign with Barry Keoghan.
Now the buzzy brand is turning its attention to F1 once again and today it has unveiled a fully-fledged, collaborative collection ahead of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2026 this weekend. The collection draws inspiration from racing, applying this to Nahmias’ signature style with a series of streetwear-adjacent looks that will work well in the pitstop, as well as on the streets. There’s moto jackets with bold Formula 1 and Nahmia co-branding (can sorta see Ayrton Senna wearing these in his heyday), techy tracksuit sets that mirror the look of a driver’s suit, as well as relaxed separates like hoodies and fleeces.
Doni Nahmias, Founder and Creative Director of the brand said: “I’ve always been drawn to the world around racing – the energy, the uniforms, the way everything is built with intention and precision. We wanted to take that feeling and reinterpret it through the Nahmias lens to make something that feels real, elevated, and connected to modern fashion. It’s about bringing that world off the track and into everyday life.”
The collaboration is the latest in Formula One’s push to be more fashion-adjacent. It’s partnered with Louis Vuitton, which is now an Official Partner in a 10-year agreement, while it has dropped collaborations with the likes of Tommy Hilfiger and Boss. Together, Formula 1 and Nahmias will push the sport further into the fashion space.
The collection will be on sale in Miami this weekend, before it gets a wider release. One guy we know will be wearing it? Timothée Chalamet.
