Ukraine said on Tuesday that at least one person was killed and five others injured due to a Russian strike in the country’s Dnipropetrovsk region.
In the city of Kryvyi Rih, an infrastructure facility was damaged following overnight and morning strikes, said Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city’s military administration, in an initial statement on Telegram.
“Another enemy strike on an infrastructure facility. As of now, unfortunately, one man has been killed and one wounded,” he later announced.
Dnipropetrovsk Governor Oleksandr Hanzha said in a separate statement that the number of those injured rose to five.
“Medics are providing all necessary assistance to the injured,” Hanzha added.
Ukraine’s Air Force claimed that the country’s air defenses shot down 95 out of 123 drones launched by Russia overnight.
